• Understanding the requirement in depth and sourcing candidates as per the requirement
• Hiring for India majorly for the technical requirements, should be well versed with the sourcing platforms
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews, closing position in the given timelines
• Creating a strong pipeline for each assigned position
• Building healthy relationships with the stakeholders and the candidates
• Engaging the offered candidates and preparing their back ups
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Requirements

• Minimum 4 yrs of experience in Hiring and global hiring experience is good to have
• Start up experience is a must
• Proven experience as a Recruiter
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
