What will you do:
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Screen candidate's resume and job applications.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Handle end - to - end recruitment process for the roles.
Expectation:
0-30 days: Understand the company's mission and growth plan and align the sourcing accordingly. Start working on 2 roles and understand the interview process.
30-90 days: Learn and develop better screening skills for good round1 to offer conversion ratio.
90 days+: Manage the open roles independently and close the positions.
