Designation : HR Manager Responsibilities:
Own & lead Recruitment & onboarding process.
Identify different channels of recruitment and improve in employer branding.
Lead campus relationship and implement Trainee Program for the company.
Support in Policy benchmarking, conducting market surveys for compensation & benefits.
Lead employee life cycle HR management implement automation where possible and drive efficiency.
Lead post payroll compliance.
Conduct employee engagement survey and implement necessary actions as required to drive higher engagement.
Identify critical skills and create talent pipeline.
Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:
MBA in HR with minimum 15 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company.
Experience in Recruitment, capable of independently leading the process with different stakeholders.
Experience of working on payroll, market benchmarking.
Excellent in excel and PowerPoint skills.
Location : Navi Mumbai Experience : 12+ years
