Designation : HR Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Own & lead Recruitment & onboarding process.
  • Identify different channels of recruitment and improve in employer branding.
  • Lead campus relationship and implement Trainee Program for the company.
  • Support in Policy benchmarking, conducting market surveys for compensation & benefits.
  • Lead employee life cycle HR management implement automation where possible and drive efficiency.
  • Lead post payroll compliance.
  • Conduct employee engagement survey and implement necessary actions as required to drive higher engagement.
  • Identify critical skills and create talent pipeline.

Requirements


Qualifications/Experience:
  • MBA in HR with minimum 15 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company.
  • Experience in Recruitment, capable of independently leading the process with different stakeholders.
  • Experience of working on payroll, market benchmarking.
  • Excellent in excel and PowerPoint skills.
Location : Navi Mumbai
Experience : 12+ years
