Job description MTG is looking for an HR executive/ Senior HR Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience. This profile is 80% recruitment and 20% hr operations work. Candidate preferred from Gurgaon or near Gurgaon only. Job description:
- Can handle recruitment individually.
- Sound knowledge of handling Job portals.
- Can screening and lining up candidates for interview.
- Must have hands-on onboarding process like induction, documentation formalities, etc.
- To Conduct day-to-day HR operations activities.
- Must be proactive and alert.
- Good Comm skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be willing for a multi-tasking role.
- Must be good in Ms- Excel, and word.
- Employees\' personal file management.
