Key responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Determine selection criteria. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good LinkedIn connection Knows how to build network with prime vendors and clients. Foster long-term relationships with potential clients and vendors. Source and recruit qualified professionals utilizing various tools, such as internal databases, social media, advanced internet search, referral networks, networking opportunities, internet job boards etc. Work efficiently with sourcing channels, developing best win strategies to accomplish fulfilment goals. Meet established individual and team goals that will contribute to the accomplishment of the annual business plan. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. Basic knowledge of visas offered by USA. Requirements and Skills: Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9200,000.00 - 9300,000.00 per year Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
