Job Description



Job Location: VileParle,Mumbai


Reports to: AGM- People & Culture Being a Employee Engagement Specialist, you will collaborate with Human Resource, Administration, Marketing & Communication. Also, will be responsible for All Employees of Evolute group to engage everyone in the success of the enterprise & create wow experience.
The opportunity: To understand the unique perspective of the target audience, and their wants, needs, and priorities, in order to improve their interaction with the company or organization.


Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic responsibilities: -

  • Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Establish and maintain measurement standards to provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Assess organizational climate through employee surveys and focus groups.
  • Analyze information and identify workplace improvement needs.
  • Motivation & Organization Development.



2. Functional responsibilities: -
  • Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience toward the success of a goal.
  • Relationship-building skills with business leaders, the community, and the target audience of employees, clients, or others.
  • Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Empathy, using skills that allow the Wow coordinator to determine what is most important to their target audience, and then working to deliver on an organizational promise.
  • Create and manage any new culture-building programming.
  • Plan and deliver thorough, meaningful communication and event plans.
  • Make data-based engagement decisions: gather data regarding the effectiveness of your work analyze and recognize patterns and make a plan of action.
  • Create new frameworks collecting employee's feedback data to improve participation and deep insights.
  • Execute and send regular conversations to employees and build insights out of the feedback.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Employee Engagement trends and best practice.
To qualify for the role, you must have: -
  • Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Business Communications, HR or Public Relations or a related field.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in developing and driving Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Should be ready to travel (Vasai -Factory office) and Andheri, Chakala Office (Registered Office)
