Role Introduction We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us grow with their proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment life cycle from talent sourcing to interviewing to onboarding great resources. What will you do @ OnlineSales.ai Work collaboratively with the management and leadership to understand the talent requirements and work as a partner to define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals, thus achieving stakeholder delight. Strategize and create go-to-market strategies to build talent pipelines through head-hunting, campus relationships, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns. Screening to determine fit (technical and cultural) and champion interview process for potential candidates. Work with the executive team to fasttrack the hiring process for potential fits. Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data. Own recruitment KPIs like Time-to-hire, Cost-to-hire, Candidate NPS, etc Referral probing and improving Referral culture. Ensuring referrals are being interviewed within defined SLAs and feedback is being shared to the referrers proactively Manage new employee onboarding from pre-joining engagement to post onboarding integration. Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve employer brand and candidate experience. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection Process. Responsible for offer and post-offer management You will be a great fit, if you have : Degree in Engineering (or) Masters in HR 1-3 years of work experience in handling end-to-end recruitments Sincere desire to learn the field of human resources, and a strong desire to serve others. Possesses high level of curiosity and drive Past experience in scaling up teams in small-to-mid sized companies Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - ability to convey clear and impactful messages through various channels across levels and building strong, productive relationships. Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS) and job boards Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products Excellent analytical & data skills - comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our processes smarter and more efficient. Excellent time management skills and is highly organized. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple task requirements simultaneously Have high levels of personal accountability, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information and situations.
