Responsibilities: Sourcing and Recruitment: Leverage a strong network to identify and engage potential candidates using diverse sourcing methods.
Ensure a timely and efficient recruitment process for project deadlines.
Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Maintain Database: Keep an organized database of potential candidates for future requirements.
Incentive-Driven Performance: Work towards achieving recruitment targets with performance-based incentives.
Qualifications: 2-3 years of talent acquisition and recruitment experience.
Strong networking skills and excellent communication abilities.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Location: Potential onsite work in Sector 6, Noida.
