- Prior experience as a Sr. Talent acquisition/Talent acquisition specialist, or similar experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
- CExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The individual will support the recruitment process of mid to senior-level appointments by working alongside a TA manager.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Writing job adverts
- Posting vacancies
- Review and conduct an initial screen of CVs
- Managing and arranging interviews
- Producing recruitment reports
- Producing contracts
- Support the onboarding process
- Actively communicating with new recruits post-offer acceptance
