Job Role & Responsibility We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for supplying manpower for the overseas countries i.e. GCC region and Europe. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. Skilled in negotiation, permanent placement, deferred compensation, executive search, and manpower recruiting. The Overseas Recruiter is instrumental to the success of our manpower-driven business. Key requirements will be to build up a trust connection with the agents and network. The Overseas Recruiter will focus on building upon trusted relationships with prospective authorities to ensure the recruitment for the business to business is efficient, effective and timely with the aim of aiding the County Head to continually enhance the service offering. The purpose of the role is to manage the overseas recruitment of a capable skilled, and non-skilled workforce to achieve the operational aims. Requirements: Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) Experience in a business with both blue and white-collar employees is a prerequisite Fulfilling demands/positions required for different employers, from blue-collar, grey and white-collar workers Evidence of strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills Building B2B networks with recruitment agents from different sectors/ fields such as construction, Oil & Gas, EPC, hospitality, IT, medical staff, etc. Evidence of strong organisational and personal effectiveness when under pressure Meet or exceed annual sales top-line revenue and margin goals as defined by management Preferably experienced in managing and delivering projects Analytical skills Skills:
