Talent Acquisition Specialist
Qualification: Degree in HR, MBA
Experience & Competency: 3 – 5 years of experience managing end to end recruitment.
Knowledge of E-Commerce industry
Experience in end to end recruitment
Experience in Headhunting
Experience in sourcing through various job boards, social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Devising and implementing individual hiring strategies across all business areas.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for hiring managers and the candidates.
- Drawing on recruitment expertise and best practice to enhance the company’s employer brand in the market, drive high candidate engagement and support business objectives.
- Initiating and supporting the development of process improvements as necessary.
- Act as a strategic talent acquisition business partner with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition and sourcing activities.
- Support, influence and direct hiring managers on recruiting best practice, interview and selection techniques and training as applicable.
Skill Set:
Effective communicator and possess sound oral and written skills
Excellent MS Office
Excellent Analytical skills.
MIS reports

6 – 10L per annum
