Sourcing Candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks
Candidates Screening, coordinating interview
Managing end-to-end talent acquisition process with focus on balancing quality of hire, time to fill and stakeholder & candidate experience.
Involved in end-to-end recruitment and fill vacant position quickly and also involved in talent acquisition searching for the most qualified candidate to hire for a specific position.
Sourcing of candidates through various job portals, internal sources, screening the resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Build a strong pipeline with sourcing efforts and connect with potential candidates for variety of roles.
Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS on daily basis.
Following up with Managers on the status of candidates
Interview scheduling and blocking calendars of respective hiring Managers.
