Roles & Responsibility

• Sourcing Candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks

• Candidates Screening, coordinating interview

• Managing end-to-end talent acquisition process with focus on balancing quality of hire, time to fill and stakeholder & candidate experience.

• Involved in end-to-end recruitment and fill vacant position quickly and also involved in talent acquisition searching for the most qualified candidate to hire for a specific position.

• Sourcing of candidates through various job portals, internal sources, screening the resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

• Build a strong pipeline with sourcing efforts and connect with potential candidates for variety of roles.

• Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS on daily basis.

• Following up with Managers on the status of candidates

• Interview scheduling and blocking calendars of respective hiring Managers.
