The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job vacancies within an organization. The primary goal is to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The HR Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute hiring plans. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements
Source potential candidates through online job portals, social media, professional networks, and other channels
Review and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for the position
Administer pre-employment assessments and reference checks
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback
Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and assess their qualifications
