Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist for located in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, on-boarding, Induction and policy development. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 15/04/2024
- Execute full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to on-boarding.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates\' skills and qualifications.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the induction and onboarding process for new hires.
- Utilize recruitment databases, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting and hiring practices.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting for diverse roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment databases, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
