Familiarity with ATS systems like Workable
Build effective pipeline and sourcing approach using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining and other relevant methods
Ability to connect and convince candidates on taking up challenging roles with Qualitest.
Good understanding core-skill based hiring, technology skills around QA and Digital Engineering.
Responsible for effective execution and managing end to end recruiting process to achieve or exceed service level standards.
Self-Management of requirements tagged to you and work closely with hiring manager for solutioning and better effectiveness of hiring.
Focus on numbers, high volume hiring, coordination.
Must be open to do weekend drives (with allowances) every weekend and support large recruitment drives
Manage and lead regional recruiting teams (US, UK, India, Romania, Portugal, Israel). Holds team accountable for performance measured both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Leverage Data and Innovation to Get Results
Seeks out and demonstrates industry & competitor and other business trends to ensure we stay ahead of the competition
Develop, track, and analyze TA metrics globally in order to implement continuous improvement of strategies and processes.
