Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager - Talent Acquisition Experience: 3~15 years Qualification: B.Tech EEE / Civil / ECE / Mechanical or MHRM / MBA / MSW \xe2\x80\x93 HR : The role of an Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager in Talent Acquisition is to manage and oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition processes within an organization. This role involves identifying and sourcing the best talent from diverse sources to meet the organization\'s manpower requirements. The position requires a minimum of 3 to 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Manpower Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage the organization\'s manpower plan and budget.
Work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and ensure alignment with the budget. Recruitment Life Cycle Management: Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Source and attract top talent from various channels to fulfill the organization\'s staffing needs.
Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and cost-effective. Candidate Screening and Interviews: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various methods such as internet portals, referencing, talent mapping, headhunting, and networking to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future staffing needs. Induction and Onboarding: Ensure that newly hired employees receive proper onboarding to understand the organization\'s culture and values.
Facilitate a smooth transition for new employees into their roles. Qualifications: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Mechanical Engineering or Master\'s degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM), Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an HR specialization, or Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on HR. The role of an Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager in Talent Acquisition is critical in securing the right talent to drive an organization\'s success. They play a vital role in ensuring that the organization\'s staffing needs are met within budget, and that new hires are aligned with the company\'s culture and values. This position requires strong communication, networking, and decision-making skills, as well as a deep understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.
