Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • End to End recruitment including Stakeholder management, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding, etc.
  • Resposible for in time hiring through cost effective sourcing channels.
  • Using creative ways to close niche requirements.
  • Be a brand ambassador and attract talent
  • Transparency in communication
  • Candidate experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-7 experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Must have handled end to end recruitment process with strong stakeholder management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Should be able to articulate well to the Hiring Managers.
  • Experience into IT Hiring, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation preferred.

  • Pune & Kochi
