Responsibilities:

End to End recruitment including Stakeholder management, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding, etc.
Resposible for in time hiring through cost effective sourcing channels.
Using creative ways to close niche requirements.
Be a brand ambassador and attract talent
Transparency in communication
Candidate experience

Requirements:

Minimum 4-7 experience in end-to-end recruitment
Must have handled end to end recruitment process with strong stakeholder management.
Good communication skills.
Should be able to articulate well to the Hiring Managers.
Experience into IT Hiring, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation preferred.
