Job Opportunities is open for Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Location: Dilshad Garden, Delhi Industry: Manufacturing 1) Should have experience in IT and NON IT hiring and team management 2) Experience on sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Monster)
3) Screening the relevant senior profiles and aligning interviews with clients
4) Manage the team of recruiters, must have worked on IT & NON-IT profiles
5) Candidate managed a similar profile earlier 6) Will have to do other HR operation activities also Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9500,000.00 - 9600,000.00 per year Schedule:
- Day shift
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Talent acquisition: 2 years (Preferred)
- Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
