Qualification: Any degree Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Coordinate with hiring managers to identify necessary skills for open requisitions Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals (Naukri, Monster, Linkedin), Employee Referrals /Internal job transfers and Vendors Design and update job description Ensuring timely closure of hiring, hiring cost optimization and monitor TAT/ KPIs pertaining to recruitment Send job offer emails and attend queries about compensation and benefits Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard Vendor Management - Manage staffing partners involving performance monitoring, empanelment, and contracts management Hiring MIS & Reporting Key skills Fair Communication skills (written and Verbal) Proficient in handling job portals Good Interpersonal skills Good knowledge of excel, word, PowerPoint A quick learner and able to work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: 8,086.00 - 43,877.17 per month Schedule:
