Job Description


Work directly with our founder to understand the global talent requirements and accordingly formulate a strategic priority-based hiring plan Work alongside all engineering, design, business, and ops teams to understand human resources requirements. Design and build college recruiting collaborations on behalf of the company. Understand skill requirements and expectations for each open position, find, reach out to engage with prospective candidates. Sort through high-volume resumes for short listing candidates for interviews. Manage both active and passive candidate funnels and drive referrals. Conduct behavioural interviews through phone/video to pass candidates for further rounds as per the company procedures. Track applicant progress and schedule each stage of interview with appropriate team members to expedite closure. Coordinate and plan on-site final stage interviews. Ensure successful closure, conduct orientation and onboarding sessions with applicants. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Work alongside the team to understand position budgets, timelines, legal requirements, and closure. Generate offer letters and edit employment agreements to closure. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights for process improvement. Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Conduct thorough reference and background checks on potential hires. Continuously evaluate and enhance the employer brand and candidate experience. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress to stakeholders. Skill Requirements Non-Negotiable: Past Startup Experience Past experience in hiring for various Engineering roles. MBA in Human Resources Management. Experience of 2-7 years in Talent Acquisition. Capability to understand and communicate complex technical requirements across most engineering disciplines. Understanding of the market and head hunting the right talent with creative ways of engaging with them. Ability to develop solid relationships and proactively engage with both candidates and hiring teams in real time. Dedication to knowledge sharing at all stages in the hiring cycle. Creative and innovative approach to independently tackle problems while working directly with the founder. Excellent communication skills in English. Understanding of expertise associated with CFD FEA, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, and Digital Signal Processing, DevOps, Front-end, Back-end Web, Mobile app development, Supply chain, Manufacturing, Sales and Operations. Ability to conduct behavioral interviews. High energy, passionate candidate.
