Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities HR/Sr. HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Team Lead is one who is responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing & negotiation of compensation packages. -Identifying the right candidates as per the client\'s requirement and responsible to handle end to end recruitment -Responsible to handle the Junior, Middle, Senior and Top Level recruitments. - Sourcing of candidates through various job portals, social media channels like linkedin, google, facebook, instagram -Screening and short listing suitable profiles against the requirement as per the Job description/Assessment parameter and creating panel for interview -Interview line-ups, follow ups with candidates, Negotiate on salary, notice Period, offered designation and date of joining with candidates, if required -Coordinating with Clients for feedback and rolling out of offer letters. -Follow up with the offered candidates till they join the organization -Familiarity with sourcing strategies such as job Portals, also good sourcing skills using Networking, headhunting or picking up specific candidates if required. -Maintaining own database of candidates in software/excel. -To fill the daily MIS and keeping records of interviews and candidate database -Maintaining discipline & healthy environment in organization. -Existing Client management for feedback, revenue push & relationship building. -Managing team of 1-2 members - Driving & motivating them to achieve their goals. -Support them in execution of tasks, leading them through your own example from the Front. -Providing necessary training programs of required skill sets. Performance measurable matrix: -Number of resume/candidates sourced/ hunted on daily/weekly/monthly basis -Quality of profiles shared -Efficiency and Productivity to perform the job in TAT (Turn around time) -Unique reference generation other than Job Portal -Selection & Joining of candidates Desired Candidate Profile -Good communication skills -6 Months-4 Years of experience in IT/Non IT recruitment (Domestic recruitment) -Hands on experience of posting jobs on social media and job boards -Should be good in m apping/head hunting -Ready for work from office -Must have: Own laptop, cell phone -Preferred candidates from- Derabassi, Zirakpur, Baltana, Dhakoli, Prabhat area, Sector 20 Panchkula, Chandigarh (Areas near tribune chowk) Apply if you match above mentioned requirements/skills.
