JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support the Bengaluru or Mumbai corporate center. The role is for The Offer Administration Team in the Talent Acquisition Operations function. The Recruiting Specialist will manage a critical and high intense portfolio of offers at the non-exempt and exempt levels for both Internal and External hires globally, in addition to the following responsibilities:

Ensure that JPMorgan Chase is positioned to attract, source, and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally

Deliver an excellent client and customer experience for the candidates, recruiters and hiring managers

Ensure candidates information is correctly inputted on the offer letter

Basic knowledge and understanding of HCM while reviewing offer related information to ensure it's aligned as per the business requirements

Ability to achieve deadlines and goals to ensure the offers processed are within the service level agreement

Taking ownership and accountability on escalations

Basic knowledge in SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

Having an eye for detail to highlight and share process gaps

Ability to be fungible - To support other functions within Talent Acquisition Ops and/or GES

Maintaining confidentiality considering the portfolio is critical

Ability to articulate and provide clear information to Stakeholders

Ability to create manual offer letters with minimal follow ups

Ability to maintain regular process updates, exceptions and to be always aligned with the process

Providing monthly reports to the business - In terms of productivity, quality, pass rates and common reject reasons

Ability to execute creative ideas to drive positive results within the business

Skills required:

Other Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2years full cycle, professional level recruiting experience. Preferred field experience within banking industry.

- Experience using HCM or other Applicant Tracking System.

- Expertise on SharePoint, MS Excel and Outlook Calendar

- Must be a self-starter, organized and detail-oriented-

- Strong Drive for Results

- Being flexible with shift timings - willing to work night shift

IJP Qualifications:

All application requirements (including updated resume) should be posted, submitted, and completed in the ORC tool. Must meet the following minimum IJP Requirements:

TENURE: At least 12 months in current job and process.

PERFORMANCE: Meeting satisfactory performance standards as defined by the firm

CORRECTIVE ACTION: Outside the Prescriptive Period for a Suspension case at the time of the application

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN: Not in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or within the cleansing period
