Relentless pursuit of Better We\'ll look to you to own and manage all talent Acquisition projects related to TA systems, tools, process improvement and corresponding processes. Drive training or audit needs and partner with those teams to measure and remeasure performance. Track system and Integration testing. Create job aids and process flows for existing and new updates. Track progress, identify and resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to leadership. Build tools and resources to ensure TA leaders, recruiters, HRBPs and Hiring Managers have the information and training they need to make successful hires. You\'ll develop and maintain a strong partnership with Regional leaders to gain insight of their needs and areas of opportunity. You\'ll support and educate the Business stakeholders with a focus on shifting projects towards using and accommodating to new process flows for existing and new updates. You\'ll play a key role in ensuring that the analytics team understands new process changes that require rework of reports. Ideally, you will have 5+ years of experience in the Talent Acquisition field including complex assignments. You\'ll have first-hand knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, their back end and main processes. You will come to the role with experience and full understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience as well as other TA tools. You will understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships at all levels across many functions. You\'ll be extremely self-motivated, accountable, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a Global Business environment. You are obsessed with everything customer experience related, passionate about excellence and continuous improvement. You will demonstrate your ability to communicate written and verbally in a Global environment.
