Job Description


We are Looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist with Event Management Industry Expertise is a pivotal role within the HR team, responsible for spearheading talent acquisition efforts while leveraging specialized knowledge of the event management industry. This role involves developing strategic recruitment plans, sourcing top-tier talent, and implementing innovative hiring strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the event management sector. The incumbent will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining high-caliber professionals to drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Strategy Development: - Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team Clear dynamics. - Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for various non-IT roles, considering different sourcing channels and candidate pools. 2. Sourcing and Candidate Identification: - Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates. - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices. 3. Candidate Screening and Assessment: 4. Interview Coordination. 5.Candidate Relationship Management: -Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed about their application status. 6.Offer Management and Negotiation: 7.Data and Reporting:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Generate recruitment metrics and reports to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a focus on the event management industry. In-depth knowledge of the event management sector, including industry trends, market dynamics, and key players. Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent within the event management industry, including event planners, coordinators, and production professionals. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with industry professionals, associations, and talent communities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to recruitment. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
