Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation
Organizing interview appointments
Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates
Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities
Assisting with general office admin
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in HR or a related field
Expert computer skills
Strong administrative and document management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
