Job Description
Key Result Areas
- Source potential candidates from job boards.
- Should have a fair understanding of technical roles and technical skills.
- Handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Pre-screening applicants on calls to analyze applicants' abilities
- Maintaining an effective tracker system in Ms-office like Excel.
- Conduct employee onboarding
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees.
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Job Specification
- 2+ years of experience purely in IT recruitment
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, online through any platform, or direct )
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Should have excellent telephone etiquette.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
