We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. This is a key role in enabling us to drive initiatives and continue to innovate and enhance our recruitment experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. As a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving trend research and insight analysis that will help transform our recruitment processes and candidate experience. You will achieve this by developing and interpreting information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing statistical and analytical reporting support to recruiters, recruitment management, and to internal Kimberly Clark customers. Create, modify, and execute both standard and ad hoc reports capturing all aspects of recruiting data to track overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for collecting, compiling and distributing monthly and quarterly metrics and surveys, which are distributed and reviewed globally, and for individual performance scorecards and recruiter metrics.
  • Lead or participate in projects that aid in improving the recruitment experience for various product divisions that have very different recruitment needs, including assistance with special recruiter projects (recruiter/learning/satisfaction, questionnaires, hiring trends, organization footprint, etc.).
  • Provide reporting, research and detailed analysis in order to drive changes and improvements in recruiting processes. Responsible for taking the lead on making process improvement recommendations based on findings.
  • Create and iterate on ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and models to empower operational and exploratory analysis (using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or other analytics solutions as appropriate).
  • Support Global Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives by collecting and consolidating data, performing statistical analysis, and summarizing/ reporting results and key trends.
  • Provide training for new reporting dashboard users through webinar sessions.
  • Leverage data from ATS (Workday) to report on progress of hiring ramp(s) and analyze plan vs actuals while ensuring date is accurate and current.
  • Track TA production across various time periods (monthly, yearly, year-over-year). Segment data by recruiting team, worker type, status of position (open vs available), and function or cost center for each recruiting ramp
  • Collaborate with Digital/HRIS team to create data infrastructure to support TA reporting capabilities
  • Contributes and provides input to the development of operational area, (e.g. work unit/project team) goals within the context of own job area. Work consists of tasks that are typically not routine, works independently and applies discretion within established operational boundaries and procedures
  • Work direction is only provided for new areas of work or unique assignments
  • May provide informal work direction and train P1 Professionals and Support employees
What you need:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Prior experience working in Recruitment, ideally in a reporting & analytics capacity or in-depth experience of reporting/analytics in another HR function.
  • Sound understanding of TA processes and technologies & familiarity with critical recruitment metrics. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with a variety of data visualization (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) tools and techniques (e.g. regression analysis, segmentation)
  • Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify areas of improvement and make sound recommendations to solve problems.
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive workforce data.
  • Team player and relationship builder.
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail. Understanding of modeling, forecasting and data management.
  • Applies specialized job knowledge of own job area within a discipline or business unit plus may have working knowledge of other related job areas
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Post secondary /high school education or specialized training i.e. technical/vocational programs
  • Experience: 5+ years of prior relevant experience
