Job Description

Talent acquisition cum HR Generalist, Recruitment - 70%, Generalist - 30%. Location: - Kandivali (West), Mumbai.Talent acquisition: -

  • Experience in recruitment (End to end HR Entry to Exit) cum Hr generalist profiles.
  • Detailed analysis of JD and requirement thoroughly
  • screening and scrutinize resumes
  • Post new positions on websites and job boards.
  • Recruitment & Selection - shortlisting, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, medical check-ups and salary negotiations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High work ethic and ability to put extra effort wherever required.
  • Genuine interest in the idea of talent acquisition and hiring.
  • Create high-quality outputs by deploying standard templates in a timely manner
  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback
  • Responsible for the screening of resumes through Job Portals
Generalist : -
  • Preparing offer letter, appointment letter
  • Preparing and maintaining complete database of employees / preparing personnel files
  • Employee engagement & employee grievance handling
  • Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
  • Induction - Arrange Induction of new recruits and maintain its records
  • MIS reports & dashboards on HR activities every week / month, as required.
  • Employee personal data maintenance and record updating
  • Induction - Arrange Induction of new recruits and maintain its records
Must Have : -
  • Bachelor's degree, B.B.A/ B.M.S., M.B.A.
  • 5+ years' experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Should have advanced MS Excel concepts, MS Power point and MS Word.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Drift and spoken)
  • Develop and maintain relationship

  • HR Qualified.
  • Manufacturing Industry will be given preference.
