Must Have : -
Bachelor's degree, B.B.A/ B.M.S., M.B.A.
5+ years' experience in talent acquisition
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Effective communication and presentation skills
Should have advanced MS Excel concepts, MS Power point and MS Word.
Excellent English communication skills (Drift and spoken)
Develop and maintain relationship
