Job Responsibilities The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations role is expected to manage and deliver on the below key areas TA Governance and Process Efficiency As TA Operations professional, you would be expected to have a good understanding of best-in-class TA practices, policies and programs. Based on the organization’s vision and priority, you would design and implement such programs and policies. Some of the indicative examples can be Employee Referral Programs, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) hiring programs etc. You will also ensure that the existing policies and practices are adhered to by doing timely audits of the same. You will routinely map the various TA processes to uncover bottlenecks, and periodically update/redesign the same for improved process efficiency. Tools/Applications and Learning You will be advising the TA team and hiring managers on the most effective use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Develop, track and audit key ATS metrics to improve recruiter productivity. Conduct periodic learning and sensitization sessions with stakeholders on ATS and other TA processes. Have a good understanding of recruitment and onboarding tools/applications in the market. Implement cost effective local tools in the TA system which will bring in automation and process efficiency. Onboarding You will be managing the New Hire Onboarding program along with the Shared Services team of Siemens. You will ensure that the onboarding program guidelines are well defined and updated periodically to give best in class experience to the new hires and other related stakeholders. You will ensure that the onboarding program is executed seamlessly via the shared services team. Reporting and Data Analytics You will design and run an efficient TA KPI reporting framework for all relevant stakeholders using new age tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or any other organization mandated digital tool. You would analyze TA and HR data and publish relevant reports would add value to recruiters and hiring managers in making well informed decision on their hiring needs. Vendor Management You will set in place a TA vendor management process for various vendors related to either recruitment agencies, Siemens RPO partners, sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc, testing partners such as HackerEarth, JobsforHer, Techgig etc. You will work along with our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to design the vendor management framework that would take care of vendor evaluation and onboarding, periodic performance reviews, payment controls, etc. Stakeholder Surveys As a check that the various TA processes are being well received by stakeholders, you will design surveys and run them on periodic basis. You will publish the survey scores and strive for continuous improvement therein. Qualifications/Experience/Skillset

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and at least 3 in TA/HR Operations.
  • Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition and HR Metrics.
  • Implementation and working knowledge on Workday will be an added advantage for this role.
  • Masters in Human Resources.
