Duties & Responsibilities

What you\'ll do -
  • Internal talent pipeline management.
  • The job involves managing operations across multiple countries.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates within the organisation for current and future job opportunities.
  • Managing the advertising of vacancies. Ensure that job descriptions are accurate and up to date,
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule formal interviews, including making room bookings and sending accurate confirmations.
  • Maintain a talent database and track candidate sources.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications and interests.
  • Focus on the quality of candidate experience.
  • Maintain high-quality recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure candidate records are complete and the recruitment process is accurately tracked and closed out in all our internal systems.
  • Maintain records of all recruitment activities, including interview notes and communication.
  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and next steps in the recruitment process.
  • Collect and provide feedback to candidates following interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires,
  • Support hiring events in terms of planning and coordination.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Provide support with global projects as required.
  • Preparing ad hoc presentations as required
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
The Individual

What you\'ll definitely need -
  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven coordination experience within a complex corporate environment matrix, ideally multinational
  • 0-3 Experience of working in the recruiting industry
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Experience in recruiting channel management
  • Experience in Employer Branding is preferred.
  • Able to positively influence at all levels of an organization up to senior levels and to develop valued relationships with HR, hiring managers and Candidates.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • A solid understanding of HR practices
