Who We\'re Looking For You are a service-oriented person that thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires focus on multiple details. You will serve as a central point of contact to coordinate scheduling activities for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. You will partner with TA recruiters, HR Partners, and hiring managers to successfully support candidate care and provide other support associated with a candidate\'s application, interviewing and hiring process to ensure great candidate experience and well as compliance with our own metrics and standards. And your behaviors align with our values, because ours do. Some Of What You\'ll Do Scope of the Role: Direct Reports: This role is an individual contributor and has no direct reports. Key Responsibilities Responsible for scheduling candidate phone and onsite interviews with recruiters, hiring managers and interview panels. Coordinates and arranges candidate logistics related to travel, lodging and onsite activities to ensure a seamless experience. Communicates interview, travel, schedule and other related activities with candidates. Understands the hiring process and acts as a main point of contact between the candidate and the company, answering questions and redirecting when needed. When required, helps coordinate background checks, ensuring all documents are presented on time and reviewing the information to define the need for adjudication, when appropriate. When required helps coordinate the new employee orientation and onboarding process, collaborating with the connect now program. Experience, Education And Certifications High-school degree or GED; bachelor\'s degree preferred. 0 - 1 year experience in administrative support role; Two years\' work experience in Human Resources or Recruiting preferred Additional Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Knowledge of HR technology and applicant tracking systems preferred.
