Lubrizol, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a market-driven global company that combines complex, specialty chemicals to optimize the quality, performance and value of customers' products while reducing their environmental impact. Lubrizol produces and supplies technologies to customers in the global transportation, industrial and consumer markets. These technologies include lubricant additives for engine oils, driveline and other transportation-related fluids, industrial lubricants, and additives for gasoline and diesel fuel. In addition, Lubrizol makes ingredients and additives for home care and personal care products and pharmaceuticals, and specialty materials, including plastics technology and performance coatings in the form of resins and additives.

As Talent Acquisition Partner India you will enable Lubrizol to achieve its business results by providing talent market insights, building talent pools and candidate relationships for critical roles, develop sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers and key internal and external stakeholders to attract, assess and hire quality diverse talent for roles located in India.

Essential Accountabilities:

• Manage and facilitate the full life-cycle talent acquisition process through collaboration and partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Build individual and functional credibility as a strategic value adding partner using market data and TA best practice consultation with stakeholders
• Implementation of Lubrizol's global recruitment process including TA best practices. Drive the TA Transformation in collaboration with Head of HR and Regional TA.
• Partner with and consult Hiring Managers to define hiring needs (job scope and impact, candidate value proposition, ideal candidate profile, etc.)
• Provide talent market insights and develop adequate search strategies to attract diverse, best in class talent
• Conduct active search for talent
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
• Drive results through the improvement of talent acquisition KPIs
• Understand most critical or niche roles and workforce planning to create accurate proactive recruitment campaigns and talent pools
• Develop and leverage talent market expertise and act as voice of market to Lubrizol
• Build and manage relationships with potential future candidates
• Implement employer branding campaigns and initiatives aligned to Lubrizol's global EVP and employer brand
• Foster and ensure inclusion and diversity in all aspects of TA
• Manage local vendor relationships
• Contribute to and participate in global or regional TA projects

• Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and talent networks
• Ability to influence candidates, hiring managers, stakeholders, external partners etc.
• Ability to apply a consultancy approach and to manage expectations of internal and external customers
• Master's degree in Human Resources or similar field with 10+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting and talent sourcing
• Experience in working in a multinational company and in a matrix-organization is considered a strong plus
• Strong drive for results and ability to work collaboratively within a regional HR team
• Experience in using social media and TA technology tools
• Fluent in English
