- Handle the overall IT recruitment process.
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Screen candidate\'s resumes and job applications
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Assist HR Team in Day to Day activities
- 0-1 year experience
- Experience with MS Office
- Good Communication Skills
- Fluent English
- Good understanding of full-cycle IT recruiting
- Management skills
- Continuous learning and upskilling through learning sessions and training by the management.
- Opportunity to understand and interact with the IT & Technology Ecosystem.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
