Job Description

We are looking for a Non \xe2\x80\x93 IT Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.


Responsibilities-

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Source and recruit candidates by using various job portals, social media etc.
• Screen candidate\xe2\x80\x99s resumes and job applications according to the JD.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicant\xe2\x80\x99s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as \xe2\x80\x9cbest place to work\xe2\x80\x9d.

• 1 - 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiting coordinator.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes like telephonic interviews and reference checks.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews i.e., structured, competency based & behavioral interviews.
• Familiarity or work experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems & candidate management systems.
• Ability to prioritize and complete hiring within deadlines.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced in real estate is an added advantage for both technical & non-technical.
• Location preference \xe2\x80\x93 Whitefield, Bangalore.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent certifications in Human Resources or Organization Development.
• Active participation in HR communities like SHRM/NHRD.
