About the Team You will work with the business & engineering teams. At early-stage startups, talent density is one of the key factors that separate the best from the rest. As a talent acquisition lead, your role will be instrumental in ensuring we have the best individuals for the jobs that open across tech & non-tech roles.

What you will do:
- Find the best talent across tech & non-tech roles that will help scale Exponent
- Work closely with the founders and hiring managers to evaluate current and future talent requirements
- End-to-end onboarding of new employees
- Ensure a healthy work environment by engaging with employees on a regular basis
- Strategize head-hunting for roles thru social media, referrals, and any other channels to help close the positions fast.
What you will need:
- Ability to understand the requirements of both deep-tech & non-tech roles
- Solid networking skills to develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
- Experience in building a team on a scale in all product & tech, operations, business, and support roles in a start-up (hardware and software domains)

- Years of experience
- Formal qualification
- Patience to find the right fit for the role
- Dissatisfaction towards mediocre work
- Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing
