About the Role:

You would be responsible for creating the right first moment of truth for candidates who wish to engage and work with 91springboard. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for talented consultants who can run an effective hiring campaign for 91springboard. This person will be the gatekeeper who ensures that the growth of 91springboard is fueled by bringing people onboard who are technically able and fit in culturally. We believe a company is only as successful as the people it has working for it. Overall Responsibilities:

  • Work with Hiring Managers to create an active pool of open positions
  • Actively involved in sourcing candidates from various platforms to create a quality talent pool for various positions
  • Hand-holding the manager and the shortlisted pool through the recruitment process to ensure vacancies are filled in within the requisite timeline
  • Ensure timely and proper communication and engagement with candidates at every stage of the hiring process
  • Work on various projects regularly for constant process improvement and implementation of new programmes

The ideal candidate would have the following traits:
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills
  • Proven Talent Acquisition track record
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work well with the team
  • High problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
