The position
As a System Manager for GxP Critical IT Systems at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure stable operation and compliance of Building Management System (BMS) systems. Drive the roll out of a standard operational support model and standard support change requests.
• Lead BMS change management and incident support. Own BMS operational support documentation and review process to ensure compliance.
• Provide operational guidance and support for BMS projects. Conduct yearly System Management activities, such as owning BMS access management review.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert within BMS Technology in GBS. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to enhance team spirit and knowledge sharing. Be responsible for BMS Incident management support and process.
• Participate actively in system management forums and contribute to IT best practices.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or similar graduate degree in relevant fields (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) and relevant business experience.
• Overall 10+ years of IT experience. 6+ years of experience with IT Systems management in a large and matrix organization.
• Experience in handling/managing end-to-end systems/applications, incident, problem, change expertise, and participating in audits (internal and external) is highly preferred.
• Experienced in ITIL and SNOW.
• Strong understanding of IT system architecture and business processes.
• Proactive and ownership mindset with a high level of engagement.
• Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach and share knowledge with the team.
• Active participation in system management forums and IT best practices.

The Digital, Data & IT India team is a group of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. Our department is responsible for managing IT, including System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management, and Vendor Management. We are an integral part of the DD&IT and support, operate, and further develop the portfolio of IT Systems used across departments in Novo Nordisk.
