About the department

Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 700+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Cross IT department is an integral part of the DD&IT and is responsible for managing development, support and maintenance processes for Analytics, Integration, Data management and Automation solutions for all Regions in Novo Nordisk. The Position

The position holder will be working as platform manager for Veeva vault and be end-to-end responsible for strong cross-applications governance to ensure all applications in the platform doesn\'t impact each other\'s functionalities while maintaining their lifecycle including change management process.

It includes,

  • Set up a governance model and associated framework to run the platform to ensure the steady state of the platform within few quarters after launch and maintain the steady state in long run.
  • Define the governance protocol of the platform to safeguard the application specific vault requirements and keep the platform always in audit & inspection ready mode.
  • Responsible for communicating to all relevant stakeholders (platform level, application level including Line-of-Business for any platform level changes risk/gap identified in due time.
  • Vendor management and take ownership for vendor deliverables, audit, and coordination along with handling budget.
  • Enforce enhancement requests and vendor service development
Qualifications
  • MSC, MBA, BE or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • Should have minimum 9-10 years of experience with IT project work or 7-9 years of IT experience covering specification, design, development, or implementation of IT solutions.
  • Experience of 5-8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical organisation working with GxP requirements, validation and compliance or other relevant industry (Good to have).
  • Good knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
  • Experience from working in service level-based organizations and managing service level agreements with customers and vendors with strong stakeholder management
  • Experienced in the use of office desktop applications and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
