About the department

DD&IT GBS is the unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. FLGS IT Systems has systems which support finance, legal and procurement processes in Novo Nordisk.

The Position

As a System Manager, you will be responsible for is responsible for System Management of a portfolio of Finance, Legal and Patents systems anchored within NNI and HQ.

You will be anchoring below responsibilities, includes,

  • Delivery of system and support services and ensuring that they meet business requirements.
  • Oversee all the activities in the Systems portfolio and work closely with the System Supporters.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage timely deliverables and system with high availability and performance.
  • Interacting with relevant stakeholders for keeping them informed and updated.
  • Conducting meetings with vendor on deliverables.
Qualifications
  • MSC, MBA, BA, or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • Should have overall 7+ year of industry experience with relevant 2+years\' experience of financial services industry.
  • Experience of pharma industry is nice to have.
  • Expected work hours is extended CET to support NNI.
  • Very strong experience to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, vendors, end users.
  • Excellence in business and system understanding.
  • Demonstrate pro-activeness and ownership and enhance good team spirit and high degree of knowledge sharing.
  • Capability to understand the business needs quickly with good interpersonal Skills
  • Possess a learning mindset and share experiences with the team.
