Proficient in DBA activities in Sybase ASA, Sybase ASE and SQL server
Experienced in DB Migration projects.
Experienced in setting up DB instances on-premise or on Cloud.
Expert in setting up DR instances using Mirroring approach.
Exposure to Kubernetes/Container architecture is an added advantage.
Experienced in DB replication processes. Knowledge of Mobilink tool is an added advantage.
Well versed in writing queries, SPs/ functions and batch programs using shell scripting, windows scripting etc.
Monitor DB for performance, stability and recommend improvement initiatives
Incident management for all DBA assigned tickets and SLA management
Back up and restores as required
Architect overall DB requirements cutting across the entire application landscape.
