Job Overview TE Connectivity\'s Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE\'s products, systems or services including sales-oriented activities, market development and communications. Responsibilities Generating Business Leads for TE and new interconnection products/solutions both in the existing and new customer. Customer Account mapping (New/Existing) by strengthening Customer relationship across functions horizontally and vertically. Understanding Customer products/applications road maps, budgets, procurement processes, etc. and be able to forecast/build opportunities/pipelines with good conversion accuracy. Drive conversions of the Engineering Projects Pipeline into Orders and be supportive in ensuring on-time quality deliveries to customers. Drive the new design-ins working with TE FAEs and TE Product managers in collaboration with customer design/engineering teams ahead of competition to maximize the bottom line. Provide Techno-commercial solutions to customers by participating in RFPs / Tender Processes, negotiations and ensure timely closing of orders as committed to management monthly/quarterly/yearly. Ensuring timely realization of Order Bookings, Revenue, and Account Receivables by working with Inside Sales/Customer service and Finance teams. Disciplined use of Sales tools like SFDC and other TE forecasting tools. Drive Voice of Customers within the organization to improve Customer experience. Education/Experience/Exposure 8-12 years of B2B Sales. B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical or Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation. Management Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration is preferred (not must) Experience in working with Govt customers, DRDOs\' DPSU\'s, and private customers supporting defense industry in Hyderabad region is must. Drive for results as committed through passionate Sales and problem-solving skills. Strong Customer focus and highly engaged customer relationship across the customers hierarchy. Influence without Authority Skills. Ability to understand competition landscape, their products and be able to smartly pitch in TE products and gain market share. Acumen to identify new customers/markets and smartly engage for quick conversions along with building strong opportunities pipeline ahead of competition or by displacing competition. Think and act to achieve both short term and long-term objectives.
