Under broad direction, responsible for all well operations at the well site (well site value range of $20-$50 million); works on most complex and high-risk well projects. Understands objectives of the well services operation and takes actions required to accomplish the objective. Responsible for all well operations and reporting and protects the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the general public from harm resulting from operations. Protects the environment from damage resulting from operations. Coordinates work of product services lines and subcontractors including rig contractor to meet engineered well design. Supervises day-to-day field operations at the well site. Acts as a direct supervisor for junior level well site supervisors. Acts as matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location. Responsible for move-in and rig up, rig down and move-out of equipment. Directs well operations processes. Manages field operations to accomplish specified well services objectives within agreed-on time and cost objectives. Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 10 years of operations management experience, along with a Supervisory Well Control certificate. Undergraduate degree is preferred.

Job Title: Rigless Supervisor

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Responsible for carrying out all operations safely, ensuring proper safety procedures followed by all vendors
• Responsible for supervising day-to-day rigless operations which will comprise of but not limited to Coil tubing, SWT, E-line and Frac.
• Responsible for HSE and SIMOPS documentation
• To send daily reports and record same on reporting software
• Should we well-versed with basic computer skills
• Coordinate with local vendors and other stakeholder for logistics of material, water and other requirements
• As Site in-charge during rigless phase and will be responsible for all activities in the well pad

Basic Qualifications:

• Technical Certification or Degree

Total Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Rigless operation (mainly Frac, Coil tubing and E-line). Experience in Plug and Perf operations of multistage frac in horizontal well is preferable.

Desired/Preferred Expertise:

• Experience in conduction Frac operations in Unconventional Reservoir
• E-line pump down operations and
• CT operations
