Job Description

Responsibility : - Handling a team of 10-15 sales executives- Setting up daily targets for the Inside Sales team.- Scheduling and organizing daily rosters.- Making performance reports of team members on a daily basis.- Proper supervision of team members to maintain decorum.- Motivating sales executive to work in an efficient manner to over achieve business goals- Helping the sales executives on closing the deal wherever needed.- Training of sales executives to ensure better customer satisfaction and better call quality.- Evaluating the performance of all sales executives on a daily basis and giving feedback.- Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to.- Understand all organization products, services, procedures, and guidelines and communicate the same to all team members- Own the business : Co-own the P&L- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by resourcefully managing the sales team.- Deliver the core organizational KPIs- Coordinating with internal teams including pre-sales, Ops, customer service, and commercial team for completing the sales cycle successfully- Act as a bridge between the sales and marketing teams to improve quality in the sale funnel- Hiring and training new talent to nurture & enable them to exceed organizational goals- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.- Work closely with Leadership on planning and executing the valuable market insights- Strategizing our growth plans on the basis of market requirements.Requirements :- Bachelors- degree in business, accounting or technology related field.- More than 2.5 years of experience as a Team Lead preferably in Inside Sales.- Must have managed a team of min 10 resources at any given time.What do we do :- We all have been experiencing the added convenience of ordering food online due to the emergence of all these Zomatos and Swiggys providing mobility, accessibility, and convenience in our food ordering experience.Have we ever wondered about the people behind the show, the restaurateurs ?- They put their best possible effort to make food delicious.
