Inside Sales ManagerSimplotel is looking for an Inside Sales Manager, in a full-time capacity, who can cold call prospects and build a strong pipeline for the sales team. An ideal candidate would be someone who is a self-motivated hustler looking to be a part of a growing sales team.Responsibilities:- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.- Cold calling and nurturing existing leads. Taking care of inbound leads. Qualifying leads and scheduling sales demos- Convincing leads to do a demo of our product with the sales team.- Following up on marketing leads- Reaching out to leads via channels such as Linkedin- Answering potential customers\' questions and sending additional information over email- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for furtherdevelopment and closure.Requirements- 1 to 4 years of Work Experience in pre-sales. (e-commerce preferred in both domestic and international markets)- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills- Very high ethical standards- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours- Proven track record of meeting sales targets- Graduate degree in Engineering, Business or Hotel Management.
