The function represents the brand to provide an excellent Pre-Onboarding Experience. - Here, you will get the chance to experience a new fast-paced working environment that will take you to new heights.What you will do ? - Lead a team of 50-100 members- Develop the business plan and execute the sales strategy- Great understanding of Inside Sales, CRM, Input & Output metrics a prior experience is a must- Build & manage a strong sales team with a deep understanding of consumer buying, marketing tools, PR and CRM- Collaborate and provide support to the team to achieve sales objectives- Define, track and improve key metrics; collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings- Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute online marketing strategies for lead generation and sales What you will need ?- Graduate and above from a UGC recognized university- Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales professional with 5 -10 years of experience.- Excellent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory. - Knowledge of any regional language is a plus- Willing to work from the office in Bellandur, Bangalore- Comfortable with 6 Working Days- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to influence effectively across the stakeholders- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels- Persuasive and excellent communication skills verbal and written, including excellent presentation skills.
