Sugarbox Networks Manager/senior Manager Procurement (6 10 Yrs)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, R&D and infrastructure teams, to identify the products / services sourcing requirements.
- Adhere to compliances to ensure seamless procure-to-pay process (vendor negotiations, onboarding, agreements review, release of purchase / service orders).
- Draft / negotiate warranty terms, SLAs, Scope Of Work for purchase order in coordination with internal stakeholders across functions (Operations, Infrastructure, Legal, Finance, SCM, etc.).
- Prepare weekly / monthly MIS reports for review with senior management of the company.
- Draft / suggest edits in SOPs required for the procurement function.
- Acquaintance with Info-terms, required for procurement thru Imports of Goods / services.
- Adherence to the Financial budgets to ensure procurement's are within defined limits.
- Define quality audit process to ensure there is no cash-leakage / money-laundering
The Successful Candidate:
- Bachelors in Electronics / Technology / Telecommunication with 6-10 years of experience in Hardware OEM / Telecommunications sector.
- MBA from Top 10 institutes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge about P2P automation tools / ERP systems.
- Strategic Thinker, who can take decisions or give recommendations basis well thought out, data driven analysis and is as comfortable working independently with the team.
