Required Skills:

1) Strong experience and expertise in deep learning (neural networks, transformers)

2) Good understanding of computer science fundamentals

3) Ability to quickly learn and implement state-of-the-art, and the thought process of generating novel ideas

4) Fast pace execution mindset at the same time research mindset

5) Identifying and defining ML problems

6) Stakeholder management

7) Managing teams

8) Experience with operations research is a bonus

Required Qualifications:

1) 6-10 years (at least 4 years of experience with modern machine learning)

2) B.Tech/MS/PhD in Computer Science (or relevant fields)
