Job Description
To work as a team and lead team for design , development and testing of FI parts, Should understand and ensure all the legal and regulatory requirements embedded in the design .
Responsible for meeting time, quality and cost of component and project
Key Responsibilities
Leading team and creating skills. Give guidance / training to allow fast track expertise building
Development and Testing of Electronic Engine Parts. Benchmarking of engine electronic parts
Ensuring DFMEA, DFA, DFM and DOE of Engine Electronic Parts
Performing VA/VE ideas, and analysing warranty issue and correcting it in design. Preparing Design Manuals
Skills Information
Experience of Engine Electronic Components
Experience in development and testing of electronic engine parts
Knowledge of engine ECU, O2, EOT, MAP,TPS etc.
Understanding interface with engine parts.
Exposure to Engine calibration activities.
Design Development & Testing
Knowledge of working methodology of all electrical and electronic parts used in two wheeler
Familiar and experienced in using project management tools
Understanding time and cost implications and its control
Experienced in handling suppliers and internal/external customers
Work experience within global standards and time zones
Education
Relevant Experience
Certification
