Roles & Responsibilities:1. Owning the P&L of the B2B E-Business at Sri Sri Tattva2. Planning and budgeting for B2B acquisition and engagement activities and the overall B2B E-Business.3. Planning and budgeting for B2B acquisition and engagement activities and the overall B2B E-Business.4. Regularly monitor B2B E-Business program performance and reports, identify opportunities and create growth strategies5. Planning content strategy for GT Distributors, Super Stockists and monthly marketing calendar6. Design necessary processes to manage the B2B E-Business support team & bring improvements to the system and to help the team support better7. Manage direct and indirect team members in the B2B E-Business team8. Coordinate between internal stakeholders - tech, operations, finance, content teams9. Co-ordinating for processing orders timely using Shopify and 3rd Party Softwares10. Liaise as the POC for external agencies providing services to the B2B E-Business programSkills Required:- Business development and account management skills- Strong team management and partnership management skills- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (multilingual)- Basic knowledge of online campaign management and online ad models is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
