About :- Our client are looking to hire a high-performing B2B Sales and Business development Manager with 3-4 years of prior sales experience in the FMCG - Retail or Horeca Market.- The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills with a proven track record in the FMCG space will know where to look and how to convert opportunities for the business. Closely collaborating and working with the Founder and the CEO in a high paced start-up environment, you will be responsible for crafting plans, strategies, and executing the sameRequirements :- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytics skills- Sales, F&B/Groceries/Value-added packaged food products Niche Category Sales, Field Sales, GT/MT Knowledge- Ability to communicate well in Hindi, Marathi and English.- MS Excel, Google Docs, Email- Detail and Results oriented- Punctual, Dependable and Enterprising- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in FMCG Retail or Distribution, Food bulk sales or Hospitality sector- Good negotiation skills- Good understanding and network among A+ retail clients / HoReCa clients / Volume clientsBonus : Worked in the organic food industryThe roles and responsibilities include :\xc2\xa0- Plan B2B Sales Strategies to grow the awareness and acceptance of their Products in the Retail and Horeca market. Take ownership, create Sales systems, processes and reports for the field sales and client engagement teams.- Relay Market feedback with the Sales Team and be a part of strategizing the go to market strategy (channels, comp pricing, packaging, overall value proposition to clients, timing etc) for new products.- Foster and Maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, partners to effectively service their needs.- Onboarding repeat customers/accounts for national retail/bulk sales- Overseeing pre- to post-sales activities while ensuring the greatest level of client satisfaction- Focus on training, development and mentorship for the sales team guiding them with their growth, clear business priorities and building a robust sales organization.- Co-ordinate with internal teams (quality, operations etc.) to ensure high service levels to clients and smooth operations.
